About ITTC
Transparency is key to a safer digital ecosystem. To truly improve security outcomes across industry, greater industry transparency can help create new opportunities for collective defense and continuous improvement, aligning with principles like Secure by Design.

The Initiative for Trust and Transparency in Cybersecurity (ITTC) is focused on encouraging a robust and responsive Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE) system and better clarity around cloud security practices. The ITTC launched with the help of Fortinet, which
supports the goal of more trust and transparency in the cyber ecosystem.

Transparency isn't just about sharing information; it's about building trust. It reflects organizational strength and demonstrates a genuine commitment to security for everyone. Through advocacy and collaborative practices, we're working to destigmatize transparency, fostering more open information sharing and robust collaboration.

This approach removes barriers, enables faster vulnerability remediation and strengthens our collective threat response.
